Michel Teman

Michel Teman is the Chief Executive Officer of Pegase Capital Limited, a finance company that provides a selection of brokerage and investment services which includes online binary options and Forex trading. Based in Cyprus, Pegase Capital Limited has been issued a license by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) to act as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) with the right to provide a selection of investment and ancillary services. Prior to founding Pegase Capital, Mr. Teman was the CEO and founder of Damilo Ltd., a holding company located in France, Benelux, United Kingdom, Canada and South Africa. While overseeing the management of investments, Mr. Teman also focused on the commercial, operational and financial management of the company and was instrumental in the acquisition of eight international IT companies including Techno 5 Canada, Netmagic (Belgium), Techno 5 France, EABI, Architech I.S, L.C.I, Aitika Telecom, Timarance & Arkes. In 2012, Damilo SAS Group has generated over 50 million € and was sold to the Manpower Group with over 550 staff members. During his position at Damilo Ltd., Mr. Teman also held the position as the President and CEO of A.C.T.I. SA and he played a dominant role in the establishment of ACTI Systems, ACTI Consulting and ACTI Israel. Mr. Teman was also responsible for the acquisition of a variety of global IT companies including Evilog sas, Greenware sas, Labotec, Burodev and NCTS in Belgium. In his 10 years at A.C.T.I., Mr. Teman was instrumental in merging the technologies from different companies specializing in eBusiness, eLearning as well as the outsourcing and engineering of systems and networks. In this way, he was able to streamline and to strategically manage the company on all fronts including operations, finance, commercial management, marketing and communications, strategy development and technical assistance. Mr. Teman has also played an active role in the development and management of the Mapad Services Group which owns and operates care homes for the elderly in Paris and the Parisian area. As the General Manager, Mr. Teman focused on the commercial development of the Group including its financial and legal management until the Group was eventually sold in July 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Teman has had held a variety of management roles including at M.C.I. Group based in France as well as at EMC² Corp, Logistic IT and Technic Informatique. His extensive experience in strategic management and operations has enabled Mr. Teman to contribute to the success of corporations worldwide. After 30 years of successful activities, Mr. Teman has acquired extended knowledge in the field of finance and chose to share his expertise with customers from all over the world connecting to the platforms of Pegase Capital. Mr. Teman is a French native and fluent in French, English, Spanish and Arabic and he also holds a Masters’ Degree in Information Technology which he received from one of the best French universities of Paris.
